Carlos Correa went 1-for-3 with a solo homer, two runs scored, and a walk on Saturday vs. the White Sox. Correa's eighth-inning solo blast was the seventh and final run in Houston's 7-3 win over Chicago. The bomb was Correa's 13th of the season, seven of which have come in his last 20 games. He also has 21 runs, 17 RBIs, and 21 walks during that stretch, during which time he's increased his OPS from .744 to .902. With his power, plate discipline, and high batting average, Correa is contributing in all fantasy areas except for stolen bases (0). He's also played in 66 of Houston's 70 games thus far, so as long as he can avoid the injured list he should remain an elite fantasy option.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 2-for-5 with a double, a homer, two runs, and three RBIs against the Orioles on Saturday. Guerrero continued his MVP-level campaign with another huge game, increasing his MLB-leading totals to 23 homers, 59 RBIs, and 168 total bases. He also leads the American League in all three triple-slash stats and boasts the highest OPS (1.112) in the majors, making him the unquestioned best hitter in baseball this year. The 22-year-old hasn't slowed down in June, either, with seven homers and 17 RBIs in 17 games this month. In just his third MLB season, Guerrero is establishing himself as one of the game's brightest talents.
Marcus Semien went 2-for-4 with two homers, three runs, three RBIs, and a walk on Saturday against the Orioles. Semien helped spark Toronto's 10-7 from the leadoff spot, kicking off the game with a solo homer in the first before adding a second solo shot in the eighth. The game was Semien's first multi-homer effort with the Blue Jays, giving him 18 big flies and 42 RBIs on the year while raising his OPS to .896. He's also scored 50 runs as well, making him one of the most productive leadoff men in the game. After slumping a bit in the first half of June, Semien has picked things up again lately with five homers and nine RBIs in his last eight games. With so much offensive talent behind him, Semien is in a prime spot to continue producing elite fantasy results for the rest of the year.
Ryan Mountcastle went 4-for-4 with three homers and four RBIs in Baltimore's 10-7 loss to Toronto on Saturday. Mountcastle went deep in the second, fourth, and sixth innings while also adding a single, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Blue Jays' furious six-run ninth inning. The performance was Mountcastle's second career multi-homer game and first since last August. The 24-year-old is enjoying a productive second season with 12 homers, 40 RBIs, and a .769 OPS in 64 games. Much of that production has come during the last three weeks, as he has eight home runs and 20 RBIs over his last 16 games. Mountcastle is on fire right now and proving that he belongs in the big leagues as well as fantasy lineups.
J.D. Martinez went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer against the Royals on Saturday, helping Boston to a 7-1 win. Martinez capped Boston's four-run fifth inning with his 14th homer of the year, extending his hitting streak to nine games in the process. While Martinez's overall numbers remain excellent, they have been steadily trending down since his hot April. In 40 games since the beginning of May, Martinez has just five home runs and 19 RBIs with a 12:41 BB/K ratio. Accordingly, fantasy owners may want to consider selling high on the 33-year-old while his numbers are still inflated by his scorching April, as his production has been merely average for the better part of two months now.
