Carlos Carrasco-Indians-SP
Carlos Carrasco went 7 IP and gave up 2 ER on 6 H, 3 BB, and 7 K in the loss to the Twins. Carrasco's season line sits at 3.63 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, and 162 K in 151.1 IP. Carrasco's ERA is higher than you would want it to be from a pitcher with his stuff, but his peripherals all look good. He is striking out 9.67 K/9, 51% GB, and 2.91 FIP. Those worried about Carrasco, should feel good about those previous numbers. He will continue to be one of the better pitchers in the game down the stretch.

Brock Holt-Red Sox-2B
Brock Holt was 3-5 with 3 runs scored and a walk in the loss to the Mariners. On the season Holt is slashing .286/2/34 with 6 SB over 96 games. He has shown the ability to produce when given consistent playing time. He is not going to hit for any power, but he is hitting at the top of the Red Sox lineup and has the ability to get on base and score runs. His playing time looks to be solid until Pedroia comes back, but at this point we don't have a clue when that will be.
John Jaso-Rays-C
John Jaso was 1-2 with a RBI and a walk. Jaso is slashing .337/1/12 over 33 games, but he also has a .410 OBP. In OBP leagues, he is especially valuable to due his ability to get on base and the fact that he has been hitting leadoff for the Rays. He should be owned in all formats due to his average, OBP skills, lineup spot, and the fact the plays catcher. He is only owned in 7% of ESPN standard leagues and if you are in need of runs or BA, you should pick him up immediately.
