Hitters
Billy Hamilton CIN SS A Relatively slowing down a bit in AA with 8 SB in 11 G, but .528 OBP isn't bad.
Wil Myers KC OF A .195 in last 10 games has OPS down to 1.037. 29 HR leads minors.
Jurickson Profar TEX SS A 4 HR in first 18 July games
and could be a huge fantasy asset next year.
Manny Machado BAL SS A Just .203 in July, but K:BB solid at 11:9, so he'll be fine.
Miguel Sano MIN 3B A- Contact issues has him at .240, but you can't team 20 HRs and a .358 OBP.
Nick Castellanos DET 3B A- AB/HR rate of 27.2 in AA versus 71.7 in A+. Hopefully that progress is for real.
Bubba Starling KC OF A- .267/.389/.507. 12 BB to 75 at-bats plus a .240 ISO are both highly encouraging.
Gary Sanchez NYY C B+ Just .204 in 49 AB since promotion to A+, but just needs adjustment time most likely.
Gary Brown SF OF B+ 1.019 OPS in July after reportedly tweaking his mechanics. 27 SB on the year.
Nolan Arenado COL 3B B+ .135 in July in a very disappointing season. Time to move him down the list.
Pitchers
Noah Syndergaard TOR SP B 90:20 K:BB in 72.2 innings and could see High-A soon.
Tyrell Jenkins STL SP B Has really struggled since return from DL, so may still be hurting.
Dan Straily OAK SP B Have ignored his numbers for too long. Not bad for a 24th rd pick - 11.6 K/9, 2.5 BB/9.
Wily Peralta MIL SP B 1.99 ERA in 4 July starts, so he's back on Brewers' radar for a callup.
Jimmy Nelson MIL SP B 5 shutout innings in last start (June 30) but now dealing with a sore shoulder.
Garrett Gould LAD SP B 8 ER in last 11 innings as the trade rumors swirl. Could be a distraction for him.
Sonny Gray OAK SP B 1 BB in last 13.1 innings over 2 starts, but overall vwery disappointing.
Taylor Jungmann MIL SP B .313 BAA in 4 July starts and not missing enough bats.
Mike Montgomery KC SP B 5.84 ERA in 2 AA starts and in danger of falling off list. Huge drop-off this year.
Chris Archer TB SP B Still showing glimpses of poor control, but much improved overall this year.
