8 Chris Carter OAK 1B A Power is there - 15 HR, 54% XBH%, but contact rate sits at just 68%.
9 Brett Wallace TOR 1B A- Showing more patience this month with a 0.60 EYE. EYE was 0.27 entering June.
18 Matt Moore TB SP A- Last 3 GS: 19.1 IP, 2 ER, 24:6 K:BB. 5.13 ERA may let you buy low on his upside.
20 Dan Hudson CHW SP B+ He's ready once the fire sale begins - 95:25 K:BB in 76.1 innings.
22 Tanner Scheppers TEX SP B+ Back from hamstring injury and struggling, but 12.4 K/9, 3.1 BB/9 for the year.
25 Chris Sale CHW SP B+ Top college left signed for slot. A coup for the Sox who could use him of the pen later this year.
32 Zack Britton BAL SP B Last 7 GS: 1.22 ERA, 35:16 K:BB in 44.1 innings. A bit overlooked in this system.
National League
28 Hak-Ju Lee CHC SS B .323 in June, but no HR on the year. I do think 6'2" frame will support more power in the future.
36 Bobby Borchering ARI 3B B .267 in June, but also a 1.00 EYE after a 0.33 mark through the end of May.
38 Jose Tabata PIT OF B He's shown flashes, but a .670 OPS speaks for itself.
39 Drew Cumberland SD SS B .365/.404/.542 is hard to ignore in any league. Same with his 20 stolen bases.
41 Jiovanni Mier HOU SS B AVG by month: .203, .212, .212. At least he's consistent. Gets a pass for now, but not much longer.
1 Stephen Strasburg WAS SP A+ I don't know what else to say here, so this may be my last Strasburg "update".
3 Julio Teheran ATL SP A Just keeps going and going - 1.38 ERA, 49:7 K:BB in 39 IP since A+ promotion.
4 Aroldis Chapman CIN SP A Last 2 GS: 11 IP, 2 ER, 15:6 K:BB. 76:40 K:BB in 65.2 IP means he's not quite ready.
6 Madison Bumgarner SF SP A 7.2-5-3-3-3-11 last time out, so it shouldn't be long now. Velocity is back up.
8 Christian Friedrich COL SP A A little better lately, but even in last 4 GS, K:BB just 14:10 in 22.1 IP.
