American League
3 Carlos Santana CLE C AAA 8 H in last 5 G. 1.1 EYE overall with a .974 OPS. May debut in June.
6 Desmond Jennings TB OF AAA Just 30 AB due to wrist injury, but he's back playing every day, so explosion coming.
7 Jesus Montero NYY C AAA .234/.294/.363 has to be just a slow start, right? Or is he hiding an injury?
8 Justin Smoak TEX 1B MLB Just .196 in 56 ab, though 6 XBH among his 11 hits. He's in Texas to stay.
17 Mike Trout LAA OF A- .362/.438/.551 with an incredible 19 SB already and a 0.75 EYE. I've had him too low this year.
3 Jeremy Hellickson TB SP A 5 IP, 5 ERA in last start is just a blip on the radar. Ready for TB once someone gets hurt.
4 Mike Montgomery KC SP A AA promotion and 8 K in 5.2 IP in debur there. Could be late-season callup at this rate
5 Kyle Drabek TOR SP A 2.59 ERA and 28:12 K:BB over last 4 GS (24.1 IP). Generating more GBs this year.
7 Martin Perez TEX SP A- Hard to criticize a 2.45 AA ERA from a teenager. 29:15 K:BB in 25.2 IP.
8 Jacob Turner DET SP A- Scuffling since 3+ week layoff due to elbow injury. He's elite, but may need more time than Porcello.
National Leauge
12 Starlin Castro CHC SS MLB You may have heart about the impact he's made already. He's good, but THIS good? TBD.
14 Dee Gordon LAD SS AA Just .130 in last 10 G drops him to .269/.299/.338. Skipped A+ if you recall however.
20 Yonder Alonso CIN 1B AAA Mini hot-streak started last week is over. .783 OPS is a letdown, but 1.19 EYE is encouraging.
22 Derek Norris WAS C A+ Back after 3+ weeks off with sore wrist. Season really just beginning.
27 Tony Sanchez PIT C A+ .348 in April and just .219 so far in May. Still showing enough of a bat to start in big leagues.
44 Bryan Morris PIT SP B 7 GS, 0.56 ERA, 36:5 K:BB in 40.2 innings, This talent is real folks.
46 Scott Elbert LAD SP B 5-8-2-2-4-6 in last start was an improvement, but with a 7.00 ERA, he's stuck in AAA for awhile.
48 Aaron Miller LAD SP B 29 K in 30.1 IP and a 3.86 ERA in 6 GS. LHP has actually fared better vs. RH hitters - good sign.
49 Tim Alderson PIT SP B 14 K in 9.2 IP in last 2 GS, but still a 6.14 ERA on the year.
50 Craig Kimbrel ATL RP B Leading candidate to close come Opening Day 2011. 15.0 K/9 in 95.1 minor league IP.
