13 Lars Anderson BOS 1B A- Slow start, but 7-for-13 stretch gets AVG up in the .280s. 0.30 EYE should trend up.
15 Austin Jackson NYY OF A- Big spring and now 12-for-25 with 5 BB in AAA. NY OF is crowded, so it may take injuries.
16 Carlos Santana CLE C A- Just .229 to start, but 4 HR and 8:7 K:BB in first 10 games. May work his way to CLE late this summer.
18 Gordon Beckham CHW SS A- .333/.412/.556. About as polished as they come in terms of 2008 draftees. Likely winds up at 2B soon.
28 Jesus Montero NYY C B+ .381/.435/.619 qualifies as a hot start, as does 10-for-17 in his last 4 G. Not too shabby.
4 Rick Porcello DET SP A Seven solid innings (one run) against SEA last time out. Further cements his slot in rotation.
5 Neftali Feliz TEX SP A Walked 2 in start #2 after 6 BB first time out.2.00 ERA and 9 K in 9 IP.
8 Derek Holland TEX SP A- Expected to pitch out of the bullpen for now, but Kris Benson ailing already…
9 Brett Anderson OAK SP A- One mediocre, one good start so far for the lefty. That's probably going to happen fairly often this year.
11 Chris Tillman BAL SP A- 4 IP in each of first 2 GS due to 6 BB. 4.3 BB/9 in '08, so command issues aren't a surprise.

31 Fernando Martinez NYM OF B+ Mets 4 deep in OF right now so September looks like when we'll see him. 9 of 13 hits for XB's.
32 Josh Vitters CHC 3B B+ 11-for-26 in first seven games. Former #3 overall pick could move up this chart quickly.
34 Jason Castro HOU C B+ .283 but just a 12:1 K:BB. 32:22 mark in the NY-Penn League in '08, but this is a big jump
37 Dominic Brown PHI OF B+ Just .222 in the early going through 10 games, but the plate discipline is still there - 6 BB.
39 Brett Lawrie MIL 2B B .214, but 5 of 6 H have gone for XB's. Also 4 BB and 4 SB through 9 games.
44 Josh Lindblom LAD SP B 12:1 K:BB through 10 innings. Watch this guy - he could rise quickly. NL
46 Kyle Drabek PHI SP B 2006 1st rounder has carried over winter league success to High-A - 1.50 ERA, 16:3 K:BB in 12 IP.
47 Daniel Schlereth ARI RP B 4 IP, no hits allowed. Will be interesting to see how long they keep him in the minors.
48 Bryan Morris PIT SP B Toe injury and now a sore shoulder that will keep him out for 4-to-6 weeks.
50 Chris Perez STL RP B Gets the call, but Ryan Franklin still the favorite for saves, at least for now.
