2 Pedro Alvarez PIT 3B A Some think he could be PIT 3B by this summer. May even open the season in Double-A.
3 Cameron Maybin FLA OF A Bonifacio's Opening Day probably keeps Maybin in the eight-hole. 2K's in debut.
4 Dexter Fowler COL OF A- Made Opening Day roster but not sure why. Didn't start Opening Day and ab's will be limited.
5 Colby Rasmus STL OF A- Duncan gets nod vs. LHP on Opening Day. Have to figure Rasmus will get his Abs though.
6 Andrew McCutcheon PIT OF A- Will open in AAA. Good call as he's highly talented, but young and raw. Elite raw skills.
10 Jordan Zimmerman WAS SP A- Wins the No. 5 starter job and may already be the Nats best starter.
12 Tim Alderson SF SP B+ 2.79 ERA and 124:34 K:BB In the Cal League is stellar. And he did it as a teenager.
14 Carlos Carrasco PHI SP B+ PHI will eventually realize Park belongs in the pen and give the No. 5 job to Carrasco or Happ.
39 Bryan Morris PIT SP B Arm is fine, but he'll miss the start of 2009 after surgery on his toe. Former 1st rd pick of the Dodgers.
40 Jeff Samardzija CHC RP B Will open in AAA and pitch as a starter. Should be first callup when Harden goes down.

8 Lars Anderson BOS 1B A- Just .182 this spring, but could be BOS 1B as early as Opening Day 2010.
9 Austin Jackson NYY OF A- .333 with 3 HR this spring. Impressed Joe Girardi as well, so we'll see him later in the year.
16 Tim Beckham TAM SS A- Will start in Low-A, but considering how raw he still is, don't expect much this year.
17 Elvis Andrus TEX SS B+ It's official, Andrus is the Opening Day shortstop. Don't expect much offense this year however.
19 Gordon Beckham CHW SS B+ Impressive enough to almost make 25-man roster. Will reportedly play SS in AA.
6 Trevor Cahill OAK SP A- 2 ER in 5 IP in debut qualifies as a success. Belongs in the minors, but could be an asset regardless.
9 Brian Matusz BAL SP A- 4 2/3 scoreless against major leaguers this spring, so could make debut in September.
35 Zach McAllister NYY SP B 6'6" frame could use more bulk, but he's already very polished (1.25 BB/9 in '08).
37 Ryan Perry DET RP B Makes team despite lack of minor league innings. Still, he may already be the best RP not on DL.
38 Dellin Betances NYY SP B 10.6 K/9 in first full season qualifies as a big success. Could rocket up this list this year.
