American League
1 Alex Gordon KC 3B A+ He'll hit eventually, but hit eighth in the order the other night and has just six hits in 13 games in May.
2 Delmon Young TAM OF A+ 2-hit game on Tuesday, but his average has dropped over 100 points in the last month.
4 Brandon Wood LAA 3B A Just .241 in AAA and the 35 K's in 116 at-bats are holding him back. Still great power potential.
6 Billy Butler KC OF A- 9-for-37 before being sent down. He's a DH, so don't look for Butler until the next Sweeney injury.
7 Evan Longoria TAM 3B A- AAA should come soon. 4 HR in last six games, OPS up to 1.068. The total package.
2 Phil Hughes NYY SP A+ Likely ready early June, right at the front end of the 4-6 week timeframe.
4 Adam Miller CLE SP A 1.38 ERA in his last four starts. If Carmona struggles, Miller could get a shot.
6 Clay Buchholz BOS SP A- Rising fast thanks to 46/4 K/BB and 1.35 K/I. Could see AAA promotion soon.
8 Nick Adenhart LAA SP A- 9 runs allowed over 9 innings in last two starts with a 4/8 K/BB. Showing his youth a bit.
9 Andrew Miller DET SP A- AA debut was a hit - 8-6-0-0-0-7. Now filling in for Bonderman though stay should be short.

3 Justin Upton ARI OF A Promoted to AA and promptly homered in his Monday debut...then hit three more in his next 2 games.
5 Chris Young ARI OF A Avg up from .143 to .265 in the last month. Has cemented his starting job.
8 Ryan Braun MIL 3B A- Hasn't played since 5/5 due to wrist and groin injuries. No further details available from MIL.
9 Andy LaRoche LAD 3B A- .300 with an incredible 3/12 K/BB early. Still sharing the job with Betemit but that will change.
11 Hunter Pence HOU OF A- Red hot right now - 7-for-7 in the two games vs. the Giants so far this week and is now hitting .355.
1 Tim Lincecum SF SP A That's more like it - 2 ER in 7 IP in his last start. Solid third start should keep him up for good.
3 Homer Bailey CIN SP A 21 year-old passed over for a call-up due primarily to his 27/19 K/BB. Time still coming soon.
5 Yovani Gallardo MIL SP A- So-so last start, but still the next big potential call-up along with Miller. 1.29 K/I.
7 Clayton Kershaw LAD SP A- 7 ER in 1 1/3 IP in last start was a surprise, but no reason to be too concerned just yet.
13 Mike Pelfrey NYM SP A- 0-5, 6.53 with a 13/17 K/BB gets him sent to AAA. Might be time to give Phil Humber a shot soon.
